Good album, short though, which is a good thing, I can run it back multiple times.

I'll listen again. To me, FM had those fun, summer vibes. This one felt monochromatic and blase. It's crazy how subjective music, ppl can get totally different vibes and feels from the same album:ohhh:
this album has more serious themes and lyrics

Damn, he didn't really do his rap voice on this joint. Never picked that up :ohhh:

Not just the voice, it's the personality. I listened to the album after I watched this video and I noticed his "punchlines" sounded more like the funny slick shyt he'd say in interviews

Yes I love you cuz you black
But don't love yo ass like that
I will put you on a shirt
If you fukk me out my racks

Lil Wayne Carter what I call my 38
Kiss your Baby in the face if you play with where I stay

They're not amazing bars, but it's the kind of funny shyt he normally says when you see him talk but not how he normally rapped.

I appreciate that he thought that deeply about how to re-package himself a little.

compared to FM! is what I mean

I mean he was talking the same street shyt. Every song Vince does is about dead homies, Ramona park, LBC gang shyt

FM.just had more upbeat, fun production....this project is more downbeat n somber so ppl think it's more "serious"
