Self titled was the last album I think I really liked.

I gotta say, as a person who enjoys most of his music, I'm not a fan of the downtempo, slow, lethargic Vince Staples.

I just find it boring and its a chore to listen to these albums more than a couple of times (for me). And that's saying something because most of these albums are like 35-40 minutes

Last time I felt dude was Hell Can Wait and Summertime 06 :francis:

I'll give this a whirl sometime

4/5 I felt like the first half was dark toned. Speaking some real life shyt coming out the environment he grew up in. Shame on the devil is a dope song. Etouffee is when he picked it up the pace was great. Love for the ghetto. Radio also another good track love the sample. I felt he did his thing. Wasn’t too long just enough to give you a message and something to think about.

Moody dark vibes with some up beat shyt sprinkled in (Etouffee, Radio and Doesn’t Matter). I’m digging the storytelling on this. Vince delivered another solid project not better than his last two but dope still.
