1) Get rid of Kevin Dunn the second I take over. Find someone who can not only modernize the overall presentation of the show, but someone who will limit the 5243846583 camera cuts per match
2) No word for word reciting of scripts. Given them bullet points to hit and see whether they can sink or swim. Also let the announcers announce and not try to control everything they say
3) No more HIAC pay per view. Save the HIAC for special occasions.
4) Don't punish people for trying to get themselves over using their social media pages

Fire Kevin Dunn, and either ditch the writers entirely or put them in some sort of creative assistant role, then institute mandatory promo classes. Freshen up the set designs, too. I wouldn't bring back the old belts but I'm damn sure bringing back the design philosophy. No more gimmick PPVs besides maybe Money in the Bank

I wouldn't exactly enforce Kayfabe, but I'd order people to at least respect the immersion and understand that in the era of social media, they're working 24/7 because their TV character IS their presence to the rest of the world. Basically use it like how Becky Lynch and folks do, where the curtain's curled back but the work is still going in a unique way. No friendly interactions with people you're supposed to hate on Twitter, and heels and faces travel separately.

Have wrestlers involved in multiple angles. I want a "head on a swivel" feel. You might have 2-3 patnas that can run in to help you at any time or another 2-3 enemies that could jump you at any time. This keeps the matchups fresh week to week. They talk that WWE Universe shyt but it doesn't even feel like any of these people are ever in the locker room together.
This was one of the BEST parts of the Attitude era. Nothing like a surprise rescue from say, DX, in a Stone Cold segment. And damn near everybody in 2000 got a little more over from being involved in the McMahon/Helmsley angle at some point due to all of the alliances and storylines intersecting at different points. Too Cool/Radicalz and Benoit/Jericho spun off from it, Kurt Angle being cool with both Stephanie and Edge & Christian got the Hardyz & Dudleyz mixed up in it too, etc. Then the APA as a looming mercenary presence, too.

You can't wwe is still a public company.
WWE was a public company DURING the Attitude/Ruthless Aggression era. PG has more to do with Mattell than anything...but WWF still had toys in the Attitude era too, so if Mattell don't wanna rock the boat, other toy companies will be happy to if the product is hot.

Yeah but that was the late 90s early 2000s. You really think that would fly in this era? shyt wouldn't last a week lol before they went pg.

Wrestling will always be viewed as trashy and thus doesn't draw the same outrage. Look at all the fukkery WWE still does, or past stuff that gets dug up to crickets. Wrestling is cancel proof.

And I'm not even saying go full Vince Russo, Jerry Springer shyt. Just make it like UFC. Blood and swearing. No kiddy cartoon shyt.

Another thing I'd do, like other said, is take advantage of social media as a method of 24/7 storytelling. Have beatdowns pop off in real locations at any time (with pre-approval from the necessary officials:hubie:). Restore that Four Horsemen at the gas station feeling:demonic:. Like how lit would it be seeing Drew McIntyre walking down NYC at 4 PM and then the Hurt Business runs up on him? nikkas would be TALKING.

Bring back PPV press conferences with real media access like they used to do in the 90s/2000s.

Where did I say do all that? Like I said, I'm not saying make it trashy, just treat it like something aimed at teenagers and up.

  1. As a big man myself, I'd invest in the giant bruhs. This isn't a thinly veiled "vanilla midget" argument at all (that shyt is high key annoying actually). It's literally a call for the resurgence of Big men as threats/attractions/believable world-beater type talents. :damn:
  2. It's time to trim the fat.:camby: I'd keep talent around who can serve as mid-carders and "talent enhancement." Other than that, there's no need for cats to simply be hanging around in catering only to collect checks they have arguably failed to earn. (Note: I'm aware that some talent may provide a veteran presence and/ or serve as a wealth of knowledge; as such, they have a chance to transition to administrative roles behind the scenes [producers, bookers, agents, writers, etc.], but everyone else can quietly ride off in the sunset with a lil' severance package:salute:).
  3. Might not go over well with some, but I'm also bringing guys in and sending them straight to the main roster if they're ready. "Bu-bu-but the WWE Style..." I ain't Vince. Also...you can always re-visit the old policy if this fails. shyt's really not that serious. :yeshrug:
  4. Partnering with wrestling schools from around the world (just a handful). We need to create a pipeline, and of similar importance a reputation for actually advancing talent from said partnering schools as well (Trying to create "Wait, they just called up 'so-and-so' from Mexico City for a try out? Lemme step my game up.:ohhh:" type vibes [Among both Signed Talent and Aspiring Talent.]).
  5. Stop with basic representational diversity. This is tricky, but if you purport to be about **insert social change** Both your roster AND ADMINISTRATIVE RANKS need to reflect this desire. Now, as I've alluded to already I'm not the biggest fan of basic statistical representation--shyt is potentially counter productive and lazy--so hire people who have a proven track record in the area that you're hiring them for; most importantly, make sure they're "are about that life."
  6. New production, AND OVERALL new aesthetic(s). nikkas adding all the accoutrements in the latest 2021 model, but ain't done shyt to the body/interior...Nah.:shaq2:
  7. An assessment of the past twenty years needs to be conducted honestly. While societal conventions ebb, flow, and morph altogether, we need to intentionally assess the L's we've taken so that we can ideally avoid them again. in other words, I wanna know what the bruhs in Brooklyn wanna see :birdman:; what fans who came of age on the old territory system miss the most :flabbynsick:; why millennial bruhs can't/refuse to let the Attitude era go:ohlawd:; and why people are starting illicit organizations apparently (no watch gang):lupe:.
