Who's gonna be the one to have had enough and take Vince out? :demonic:

:whoa: Not that I'm condoning violence or anything. May he rest in peace if it gets to that point. Hopefully not.:mjcry:

This dude Yang needs stfu and stop clout chasing. It’s a million and one more pressing things in the labor force than a bunch of ball tucking wrestlers who won’t stand up for themselves.

He's actually been rallying for a lot of other things involving labor on top of this. I don't know how anyone could even have something negative to say regarding that.

Nah.
Because stopping WWE getting away with this independent contractor shyt is just the lead-off to a larger labor-related fight. Ride-share companies like Uber and Lyft use the same independent contractor shyt to ream their drivers something harsh, and in the process, also kill large swaths of the transportation industry that are regulated more stringently; like trains, buses and cabs. So sure, it's funny because it's wrestlers, but WWE is just the most publicly egregious about it's fukkery with this stuff, and no other industry can get properly called out for doing this as long as WWE is in the wings for them to pivot public outcry toward so they can continue operating as usual.

It's step one to a much more complicated dance, but you literally can't do the dance without that first slide to the left.

That being said, telling people you don't give benefits to that you are about to jam your hand into their personal pockets and that you 'own their real names' when there's already questionable legality to them even having 90-day non-competes considering they aren't legally employees... yeah nah. I don't care who called them out about this shyt, it needed to be done. I wish a nikka would demand my personal account passwords - I wouldn't even give those to long-term girlfriends; you expect me to give them to Michael PS Hayes? :mjlol:

imagine you pick up the phone and call a plumber to come fix some shyt at your house .... he gives you a bid on the job, you accept that bid, and he begins work....

then upon completion of said job and as the plumber is getting ready to go down the road to another job ... you tell him ... "no I don't think so. I own you now. you can only work here at my house and if you dare to do anything outside of this house I must approve of it and receive a majority percentage of the revenue."

that's essentially what WWE is doing with their "independent contractors"

either hire them as legit employees or let them be independent contractors.

How could you be mad at Yang when he's absolutely right?

It’s not about being right. It’s about people who refuse to help themselves. If these pussies are so scared to rise up, strike, or publicly demand change than stop wasting time on them
