Well, it's Vince so I'm pretty sure he's guilty. Hopefully he loses. But it doesn't really make the woman look good either.
Is there some reason she couldn't have just said no, and then just sued if McMahon fired her for it? Seems kind of weak to just agree to whatever trifling shyt he tells her to do and then file a suit years later. If my employer asked me to do something I didn't agree with I would just refuse, and if I get fired then I get fired, I can find another job and probably have an easy lawsuit.
