Man, I started off doing it the strict way, with the refeed every 4th day. But it’s been tough. Not because I crave carbs necessarily, more so because it’s hard to avoid them and I just run through the eggs and steaks and red meat. Carbs are cheap and they’re everywhere..How are you doing on it? I am transitioning my keto into meat, eggs ,water or steak/eggs soon. I might throw in the 8x8 along with it.
Serious question... how is this like carb cycling? I've done carb cycling and it includes carbs daily at different levels (high/low days). This is a strict keto diet with a carb refeed every 4th or 5th day, if you wish.

I eat the thin sliced steaks almost every meal. The thin sirloins. I forgot how many ounces. But I gotta re up on eggs today. Smh. I usually eat 2 meals a day. I am still not doing it strict yet. I make meat, egg , cheese omelets and bakes, but we know there isn't supposed to be cheese. I also have been using carb balance wraps that I will need to cut out, just been making keto pizza with them. I will get some ground beef from BJ's and Eggs and try to transition into it with the 4th or 5th day refeed. They have 5lbs of 88/12 for like $20 at BJ's and 60ct eggs are just over 5 bucks at Walmart so they are probably lesser in price at BJ's. I'm more on the Larry Scott version than Vince's at the moment.

Gains going slow but solid. I’m mostly impressed by the subtle fat loss in certain areas(waist). I’m going for an aesthetically pleasing look, but I’m also trying to retain the little bit of mass that I do have, or even add a little bit of mass to it. I tend to lose weight quickly and my muscles end up looking flat as hell some days. And then other days they look ok. It’s a balancing act. But the cycling of carbs has done wonders.How be the gains?

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been splitting my workouts into competing muscle groups. So chest and back on one day(with shoulders added). Arms on the next(biceps/triceps) and legs the next day. So basically a bunch of push and pull workouts on the same days.What are you doing for training
