They real issue that people are ignoring, is that it is arguable that they are not living up to their fuduciary responsibility by favoring their personal goals over the best interests of WWE and its share holders. That, is a big deal...

Wall Street is pummeling the stock because of uncertainty surrounding its network and terrible performance for its movie business. The core business (wrestling) still remains in tact and the dividend yield is at 6.10%, meaning if you bought at closing price today, you'd get paid 6.10% for the year just for holding the stock. That's way better than interest any investment grade bond and way better than most publicly traded companies.

My only concerns are that its P/E ratio is a little high--could imply that its valuation is already a little rich--and that it's dipping into cash to pay its dividend. That could mean another cut in its payout.
