My guess was that it had to do with the achilles issues early in the season. Hartenstein was shooting a bit more early in the season, but he was missing. Then he stopped altogether. When he finally hit his stride, he was playing out of the high-post almost exclusively. This preseason, you can catch him way more active on the wings and setting screens at more angles.

He’s never been a volume three point shooter. For what it’s worth he was making them early on last year in preseason too.

Yeah he was off last season but I remember those prior seasons with the Clippers where he was hitting them at a decent clip.
