He’s in the same class of talent as IHart. Probably not better than but he’s in the conversation.
Prime Jonas shyts on Hartenstein. Better scorer, not as good a passer but respectable, and stronger which helps him defend post-up bigs better. He'd have been a beast in this system a few years back, and he'll still be good if we get him to split time with Mitch for sure.

You’re saying why would Washington do this? In theory it should be worth something to Washington because it frees us what picks they can trade.
they're one of the last teams right now that should be trying to trade picks. If it was unprotected, yes. Lightly protected, yes. If they were plotting on a big name in a year or two, yes. For that pick to convey, they'd have to be flirting with a play-in spot in 2026, the year after tanking and hopefully for them landing a Flagg or Bailey or whoever. Otherwise it's 2 2's lost.
