\apartments usually cost the same- or maybe more if you down in atlantic station or buckhead- plenty of decent to legit nice apartments ranging from from $650-$900 month (studios, 1 and 2 br's) mortgage is cheap because its plenty homes out here-- we eating good

Im sure there are some nice bandos maybe- bu tin genreal in ATL you can get an apt in some of the hood apartments or nad neighborhoods for $450-$650 a month.
I pay $750 (mortgage) and live in a nice area - I fi had $750 rent for an apartment I would still be in a decent Metro Atl area (norcross, duluth, tucker, stone mtn)

I know people from NY dont wanna hear it but its true there are some places where rent is cheap and its not the ghetto.
