Looks like a video I could have made, very simple, but I dont care for it to be honest.

nikkas stay missing the point

noone's saying it's a big budget masterpiece, hell i could have probably shot it too. we're just saying it marries the song perfectly, elaborate hand gestures and all

for me, and obviously the video's added to it, this is probably my favourite hiphop track of the year, sh1t stays on repeat

There's no point being missed, I liked the simplicity of it, some may want big budget explosions. I just stated that it was simple, but I don't like the final product of it. Im not going to tell you that you're wrong for liking it, that's your opinion.

I highlighted the fact you said nikkkas, then for me and lastly, my.. which indicates its all matter of opinion and it's all subjective.

If the video was any more flashy or elaborate, it would take attention away from the lyrics.

I will admit tho, it woulda been nice if the audio was synced better with the video.

All in all, great song/video from Ziplock P and King Kendrick

:whew:

Why can't Kendrick make an album rapping like this? :why::noah:

Instead of that helium induced, Andre 3000 The Love Below knockoff we call GKMC?
Let's be serious. GKMC was an absolutely fantastic album, it may not be a certified classic, but if that album wasn't full of pure lyricism, then I must not be a true hip-hop fan.
I'm tired of these Drake comparisons. Yes, Kendrick may have subliminally called him out in the BET Cypher, but it also could have been about Pap.
When Kendrick wants to make a diss song, he makes a diss song see: Dump'n.
Drake is a different kind of mainstream rap/hip-hop artist. I prefer him to the overdone drill/trap music I have to stomach if I want to listen to the radio, sure you guys may not like him, but he's not that bad :yeshrug:
This video was cool, it was simple, and it was made to showcase their lyrics, not to distract you from them.
Yes, Pusha T's delivery was great, its always hard, almost violent, he shows how well he can deliver. And yes, Kendrick Lamar's verse was one of the best of the year.
