Pac has hated and the "elite" definitely tried to kill him but he wasn't a sacrifice for Suge. This is complete bullshyt. And having worked in the music industry (including with TDE members) you don't know what you're talking about. It's 2022 and we still got people who cannot comprehend black people being successful or black people failing without bringing in fantasy elements on the devil.
