generally tmz does not show hip-hop or it cultre in a positive manner, and most times, tmz feeds on negative info such as fights/arrests/etc to show CAC how the "other" side is doing. So lets say lil scrappy got arrested, thats what tmz will show. tmz wouldnt show the tour/in studio session/music reviews/etc
