There is a reason why white women are the standard of beauty in all predominantly white nations, white men prefer white women over you, just as white women prefer white men over us. White men and women share a very strong subconscious racial bond between each other believe it or not, a prefrence for their own, they subconsciously love their race and want to preserve it, deep down they are ultimately loyal towards each other more than anyone else.

Just because I don't go around kissing black mens ass doesn't make me a c00n and I'm no ones second choice. Believe it or not there are some white people out there that are not racist.

No, that's why they hire Black WOMEN, not men, so they can get the double minority status with the woman and the Black.

And even then it's just to get the minority out of the way, so they can just hire a bunch of White people without having to worry about being called racist.

And lots of people turn to crime because they either can't get a job or they have bills that won't be paid by working at McDonalds.

You're starting to see a ton of White girls turn to things like escorting because those college bills are piling up, but where we live at, there's always a recession, so crime becomes a way of life.

I'm free to point out how they're wasting their time and resources. Whether or not I'm wasting my own time and resources doesn't suddenly mean that they aren't. Nor does it justify what they're doing. Rather than shouting on people on the street and trying to make them feel bad, they can be using their time to help people in meaningful ways.

Companies are hiring more black applicants because it is a strictly shrewd business idea or in relation to affirmative action legislation, and they do it begrudgingly. You see stories on here almost every week about people complaining about their white bosses and white co-workers. While its good that they get hired, its bad that things have been reduced to a "quota" where if 500 skilled black applicants apply, they'll only accept a certain number and then be done with it. Also its important to note that white men don't trust women, gays, PoC or any other group with any real power, which is why you often find that people quit their jobs because they'll work twice as hard as the next person but get told that they're not "the right material" and a promotion will be given to another white man. That white man who is not as skilled as you will fukk up and then push the blame on you which can lead to you getting canned. A job is good, but JOB SECURITY is incredibly important.

Poor people in general turn to crime both because they get a family environment within a gang which they did not get at home, but also because they can't feed their families by other means. You also have to realize that if these people get caught and get a criminal record, they essentially lose their rights and just end up going back to crime again. Employment is a major solution to crime. If a child has 2 parents who are working good jobs with good hours, he/she won't succumb as easily to peer pressure because he has his family there in his life to give him love and attention so he doesn't need to go seeking it in a gang. If you look closely at the crimes commited by white and black people that get media attention, most of the time whenever black people commit a crime its either gang related or for economic gain(drug selling, armed roberry, fraud, extortion, etc.) but you don't usually hear stories of black youths shooting up schools or dismembering people and eating them or kidnapping children and molesting them and then killing them. People here often joke about shyt like that being the domain of the white man. That's not to say that there aren't psychopaths within the black community, just that most of the people out here committing crimes are doing it for the money and not "just cause" like the Colorado movie theater shooter or because their feelings were hurt like any number of school shooters.

He might have been harsh with the way he said it, but generally he is right and he's especially right about the bolded. You have to understand, most white people need the idea of race and racism. They need to be able to say "well at least I'm not a ******" it is so ingrained into white culture that many white people don't realize just how much they owe to racism and race. The ones that do realize even a fraction of that understand that they need it. Race runs so deep in the west, a lot of people don't even know what racism is. Even white people that insist they are not racist are still racist on some level because they have been raised by a racist culture.
