Will have to check it out then. I don't think I've listened to a whole album of his since relapse. The last random tracks I had checked out were him doing lyrical gymnastics that sometimes hit and often didn't, over a beat that was subpar and usually with a flow that seemed contrived and not really effortless in a way I know he's capable of. He's one of the most gifted rappers ever but his content has just really been lacking in what I've heard. Will take the plunge on this at some point. Got a bunch of stuff to catch up on from the last few years I've been gone

That single is complete trolling and on purpose. That and Brand New Dance are the only "corny" songs on there. It's his best overall album in a minute.

When I saw the throwback album art, especially the Big Daddy Kane one - I just felt so good because earlier this year I was studying that Kane album.

It is beyond a classic. It's to be analyzed - for the long term.
