The Production was ridiculous on that album. They had Premo, Rashed Smith (DITC), L.E.S., Marley Marl, Puffy's Hitmen, Ski, Buckwild, Beatnuts just a great well rounded sound of producers. Pun also really shined on this album with hooks and verses. Had Pun Lived, Joe would became even bigger. Pun on the "Lean Back" beat? OMG I can dream right.

We lost pun too soon, capital punishment came out 15 yrs ago and there hasnt been an album since that can touch that shyt lyrically....a part of me feels like he would've fallen off something serious, just by the decline in musical quality from CP to Yeaaah Baby...I mean, the album wasn't "wack" but it wasn't on the same level...plus his ailing health contributed to that as well....it's fukked up to say but it's almost better his career got cut short before his legacy could've been ruined.
