Son is from Australia

And I've probably been listening to Hip Hop longer than you've been alive. what to you screams NY when you hear that song? What I'm saying is why not make your own lane instead of following everyone else? MY doesn't hve its own sound anymore, the west has their own sound, why can't NY update and improve upon their own sound? It doesn't mean you have to stick to sped up Soul samples and dusty drums just put your own twist on things instead of copying. Chop a sample a different way, have your own flow etc.

Maybe he has other songs that are more his own style but I didn't think this one was very original.

Don Q the best rapper out of NYC right now and i don't really think it's close :manny:

Like I said before he rhyme real "conversational" like how biggie could tell a story so smoothly you don't even realize how many syllables and words this nikka rhyming :whew:

That being said I didn't know breh was that little, maybe it's not an issue cause kendrick like 5'2 and a star (so is wayne)
Right.

Dudes got on Dave East nuts after Nas was dragging his ass into photo shoots.

Ain't nothing about Dave East unique enough to stand on his own.

dude is getting placements in TV shows but can't even get the streets to play his shyt on its own merits. Dude is garbage.
