i can't believe Khaled the only person that can get them to do something like this.......i wasn't excited at all this shyt is mids. If these two get together get's gotta be something major on a hard beat like black republicans....

if they ever get on a track together please God let it be over a Primo or Pete Rock beat not this snooze fest

let the hype die down before i listened to this. shyt is mid, and c/s whoever said this is song cry pt 2. that fauntleroy nikka sounds trash on this, and the unnecessary "hey" from bey and end vocals...carters gotta shoehorn the whole fam into song credits on everything as usual.

i'm cool on collabs from them, they don't bring out the best in one another. r&b artists and rick ross bring out a better nas than jay does

I still don't know where people got this idea that Nas/Jay-Z songs don't work. They don't even have that many (that were released). And the first two they did ("Black Republican," "Success") were great.

I do agree that they shouldn't treat it like a grand event every time they collaborate, but it's also not something they do all the time so expectations will always be high. Imagine Michael and Prince getting together. The song will never be as good as what people want, because if it isn't what they want, it's automatically trash regardless of how good the finished product is.

Because we've seen Jay and Biggie do tracks together as an example of what works. Jay and Rick Ross. Nas and Rick Ross.

Nas and Jay on a track is kinda like Jay and Eminem on Renegade they exist together in that space but they don't really feel like they belong together.
