Also a lot of artists from the US that have lived in the city part time or permanently, have families there and go where they want freely without getting robbed, Louie Rankin (Rest in Peace)EDI, Noble, Gonzoe (Rest In Peace) and a host of others. A big part of it is how you move, who you associate with and how you behave.

X didn't get robbed cause he was a "famous rapper lick", he had bought food from the same people in the same area tons of times over multiple months, his belligerent behavior and out of pocketness is what caused him to be disciplined.

You would probably have to shoot X to rob him, dude just did not give a fukk plus he seemed to get love everywhere he went. He would move without security in a lot of videos, he was just a real dude and I think heads respected that.
