Very solid video. Loved how cinematic it was and it was visually dope. The shaky camera can be hit or miss but it depends on how it's done. I think here it worked and gave the visual a free flowing fluid feel. It was basically Desiigner going through a crime filled night in Brooklyn. Love the scene of Ye in the whip looking all crazy, lol. The only thing I didn't like was him at the end with the Panda Mask/Makeup on. I think he should of done the Dead Presidents makeup instead:

Kinda weird you say that...do you not apprecite how hard the beats go? were you never a beats guy? the best part about boom bap was the BOOM..You virtually get that in the 808s in every song now

I liked this song, actually. Even the video in some way
But I usually are into those dope beats from early 90's with huge usage of samples. in other words, beats like those from Premier.
I actually learned about tracking in Adobe After Effects, so I might be able to work with something.
