I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t believe using potentially deadly force (for example, striking someone in the head with a weapon designed to slaughter pigs) in retaliation for minor physical contact (getting mushed in the face) falls within the realm of self defense….unless the person can prove they reasonably feared for their life

If someone initiates a simple fist fight with you, you can’t just immediately stab or shoot them and then claim self defense

blade wasnt out. it was just the handle that hit him. blade came out later as a deterrence which ended up working. nobody is legally obligated to give out fair fights, so if you hit somebody as the preamble to a fight, people have the right to respond with non-lethal force to end it.

let me also add a disclaimer: i dont like what he is doing. i think he is going to end up dead pretty soon.
