So my question is: So on these viral videos where these cacs are kicking other cacs in the head why aren't y'all saying the cacs who kicked the other cacs in the head are going to get arrested and go to jail or is already in prison for kicking cacs in the head on these viral videos?

He wasn't downed though. He went for the take down, presumably looking to ground and pound his opponent. He missed and got kicked in the face.
