You have to look at this from Kris point of view..Paying off Black Chyna is to make this pending civil suit go away,but taking custody of the child would mean Black Chyna no longer has any ties to their family .If Chyna has custody of the baby ..You don't think she would continue to exploit it for her own financial gains..She knows that baby is her only real connection to that family...I didn't say it what was in the baby best interest to be with the Kardashians.The kid is pretty much screwed up being raised by any of these people..

It's not dumb, if you make something for one person to see and they decide to post it online to ruin your life, it's good that they can charge them with a crime. I don't see why this isn't a good law but I guess if you're the type of guy to post women's photos or videos that was just meant for you then I can see how you would have a problem because you don't want to go down for it.
