The difference is the expectation of privacy. If she sends Rob nudes with the expectation/understanding that they will be private, he is violating by releasing them publicly. Anything she does in public for her job has no expectation of privacy. If he had posted a pic/video of her dancing or something she wouldn't have a case... but he posted private images which is illegal .
