Wait we are supposed to just believe what she says? Does she have any proof that the US spent 5 billion? I think it's pretty clear though that irregardless of what the US did this issue would of come up eventually. If you one half of the ukraine population that is russian speaking and allies itself with russia and you have the other half that speaks ukraine and doesn't like what it feels is oppressive forces from russian than this is what you get. Ethnic and language differences have caused civil wars in many countries this is not new.

1. If you don't believe her...than fine but it has been discussed by her.
2. I think you are confusing the Ulkraine. The population wants independence from everyone and doesn't want to be Russian nor European. The Rich in Kiev control those people's decision based what they want to see make money.
3. This has nothing to do with ethnic or language differences. Plus the civil wars in many countries don't happen because of ethnic problems.
