The biggest match-up this year for him imo is when they play Cleveland. By then dude will really be familiar with NBA speed, what works and what doesn't in addition to what defenses may try.

If Evan Mobley can't stop or slow him down, then I don't think there's another younger player that's going to stand in his way and that includes many future drafts.

Breh I’m watching the shyt like this muthafukka done BROKE the game. I was like is this what Wilt looked like when he was dominating muthafukkas in the 60s and 70s? It didn’t look FAIR. No one on the floor could do anything to stop Wemby
Yeah, I definitely got Wilt vibes. And he’s only 19. Making grown men look goofy.

I was thinking that the other day. That this must have been what mfs in the 50s felt like seeing Wilt for the first time. It just looks different

It's not a guarantee that the outside shooting will improve, he shot 27.5% from three last year in Europe and that's with the shorter line. Year before was just as bad. He could easily end up around 30% from three this year.

But he's already learning to get down low and punish teams inside. 10-12 at the rim last night, that's about as many inside baskets as he had the first four games combined. If he keeps that up, holy shyt.
Second paragraph is so key too. Imo he’s got the talent to change the game and have the league go back to an inside out game rather than just an outside game. Given he stays healthy, the sky is the limit. A guy at 7’4 with a smooth one dribble pull up like that :damn:

Wemby understands space so well. He knows how and when to run into space and is in the right position.

Never seen someone that big run the break with that kind of spacial sense, not to talk down someone like Shaq who had elite court vision and was good on the break.

Maybe that's from playing a lot of soccer as a kid or something.

He understands it better than his teammates do so far, especially his impact on it on both ends. Bro is changing the league’s geometry.

They just started to finally get fully adjusted to Steph and his effect :damn:
