• black dominicans
• black panamanians

In their own individual countries they associate and indentify themselves as black but are still from those respective countries so their culture will not be the same as BLACK AMERICAN culture so you cant expect him to relate to everything black american culture has to offer.

A lot of mixed kids growing up in America are forced to reject part of their heritage growing up just to be "accepted" by idiots like the thread starter.

Hell some of them aren't even mixed at all.

I've seen straight black african, caribbean, latino kids who under peer pressure of being ridiculed by black american kids totally reject their own cultures they were raised in and try to be "black" (as in american) to be cool.

It's only later in life that they start to appreciate their parents culture and then try to make a come back but by then they look completely out of place when they go to different events because they took themselves out of it and have so much to learn to catch up.
