It makes the most sense that Russell did shot Gamby but it's not really in Russell's nature to be that directly confrontational with someone. Watch it be someone like the stepdad

Yeah... Russell makes the most sense. Russell obviously wanted to be principal so there's motive... and Gamby was the only other one besides Russell who knew all the fukked up grimey shyt they did to get Belinda fired. Dead men tell no tales. With Gamby gone, Russell is free and clear.
With that said I wonder if that's a red herring and they have it be someone you aren't thinking anything about. Having it be Russell is too 'easy'
The show was originally supposed to be one long movie, it wasn't open ended like most series. The entire show was shot last year, HBO has been sitting on the last 9 episodes
