The oldest Christian Church is in Ethiopia. Even the Bible says Jesus spent the ages of 13 to 30 living in Ethiopia, learning from the people. When Christ followers were still just considered a cult and not a religion, those were black and brown people following his word.

Witchcraft is in every culture. It's the same stuff with different names. That's what demonic forces want. To fool people into thinking all of this stuff is different. It's the same with different names. People just don't understand how deeply spiritual all of this stuff is. People say they are not spiritual, but they are worshipping demons everyday. You don't get to not worship the spiritual realm. You choose even when you think you don't. There is no sitting on the fence. You either worship The One True God or you worship the demonic. By not choosing, you place yourself in the arms of the demonic.

And you have to go back much further than Ancient Greece to find the origin of words. You are going to have to look at the ancient Semitic languages. Akkadian, Aramaic, Phoenician, Punic, and Ugaritic
