Ok, apart from the fact that the impact from running on any hard surface will mess up your knees, them shyts are a pain to put on. You could spend 5 mins trying to put on one leg, and for me, it never got any easier.

too many ppl land with their heel first and wonder why there feet, legs, knees, back etc hurt when they run.Running is all about form and landing your foot properly so when you land you distribute the impact on your calf instead of the knee.
So wait we should be running on the balls of our feet?
