Didnt this demon have a vest on when he went into the theatre? Seems like he knew what he was doing to me. Just a demonic loser who gave up on life and decided to troll humanity with a satanic act.

Ultimately this isnt about justice friends its about money. A lot of careers will be made as well as a lot of money for the psychologist who is given the Holmes case. This individual will go on to write a book and make millions along with his colleagues in the drug industry that will use Holmes as a guinea pig for more drugs that can be written about in journals and sold to loonies in the public. What more can you say after,

Its so demonic, friends.

:wtf:

Idk why the fact he studied Neuroscience, makes this case seem sohh bizarre and unbelievable.

Did they ever check his amygdala for problems, or can that only be done after death?

I'd love to a formal conversation about ethics regarding James Holmes motivations behind this event, but wouldn't dare sohh over a message board. Something tells me this cat was just pushing his limits.

The decision is a defeat to Holmes’ defense team, which since August has sought to keep the prosecution and other witnesses from learning the contents of the notebook, which reportedly contain violent imagery and detailed descriptions of the attack. Fenton never received the package, and it has since been sealed. Law enforcement officials thumbed through the notebook in the University of Colorado’s mail room days after the attack. But because the court ruled last fall that Holmes was under Fenton’s psychiatric care at the time, lawyers and witnesses couldn’t discuss or see the notebook’s contents.

Still doesn't mean he will get off. These are formalities before he goes into the slaughter house

Insanity :beli:

You simply cannot orchestrate and execute that level of planning in insanity. Dude is just evil, give him that injection and keep it moving

Unfortunately the judicial system doesn't work that way. If it did, this world would be a lot more peaceful and prosperous.

I would, if on the jury, would not accept the not guilty plea. He had premeditated the murders. Purposely wore a bullet proof vest. Purposely set bomb traps at his apartment. His mental capacity was clear as he drove to the cinema and obeyed traffic laws, parked, got out, wore a disguise, steathly entered the theater, waited until a certain time in the movie instead of just entering and shooting, took a tactical position so he could not be stopped, he also aimed, fired and reloaded his weapon. When he exited the theater, his mind was clear enough to understand police orders and he obeyed them.

Couldn't have said it any better. I understand that the final verdict still has to be reached but by no stretch of the imagination was "insanity" a role in this event.

After a judge allowed Aurora, Colo., shooting suspect James Holmes to plead not guilty by reason of insanity on Tuesday, he dealt a major setback to the defense by granting the prosecution access to a key piece of evidence.
