3.0 makes it sound like they gonna do somethng new that may or may not fukk up the formula.

Like others have said, the remaining guys aint gonna do it so I dont know what else they can do. They also kinda dropped the ball with the few they had this year and end of last. Like a couple wasnt even streamed (Onyx vs Cypress Hill and UGK vs Eightall/MJG) and then the Omarion vs Mario one with Ray J on the undercard flubbing.

Edit: Actually 3.0 could just mean its the 3rd season if Im following the wikipedia right

They really missed a chance to get some huge names on that platform outside of just hip-hop and get some very interesting combinations.

For example, Snoop vs Madonna would've been outright insane (probably the only two who can trade culturally impactful hits with each other) and we'd probably have got some great 2pac stories.

I mean, they already did have non hip-hop and r&b on that show, but they could have gone bigger.

Plus Madonna's early albums produced by Nile Rodgers (Like A Virgin album), Stephen Bray (True Blue album) and Reggie Lucas (her debut album) were built by Black and some Puerto Rican producers.

Same goes for Lady Gaga during her Akon days.

Nobody trying to see that shyt breh

And why every Hip Hop platform gotta turn into some pop shyt? I'd rather them keep it Hip Hop and for the culture. nikkas be too worried about numbers over quality.

All I'm saying is they missed an opportunity to have something like Quincy Jones vs Nile Rodgers because I think they were focused on some niche match-ups during it's peak.

Edit: Folks don't seem to know these was Nile Rodgers-produced hits like Material Girl, Roam, etc.
