I talked to a dude at the barbershopn that was at the Verzuz this morning. He said it was an insider only event. He works at the radio station and those are the people they gave the tickets. No regular nikkas were there. That's the problem. That shyt gonna suck wherever they had it if that's the case.

Seemed like they threw this together last minute. Bun B even said he only had a few days to prepare for it which is strange so that leads me to believe this might not have been the intended versus and someone may have backed out from what was previously planned. Would explain why there where no tickets available, not a lot of guest artist features to and no promo until a few days before.

the Thread AND verzuz did #'s as well. I remember cats were saying folks wouldn't be interested in seeing this, receipts are out there . Its too much regional bias on this site.

well it was indeed a regional battle. theres no way around that. hell, ive yet to hear anybody mention it at all in-person, and ive been to multiple events this week. LOL.

the good thing is that their fans supported, which is all that matters at the end of the day.
