Yeah. The constitution has a lot of flaws and should be a working document but we have to many stupid people in Congress that only care about lining their pockets instead of actually governing. There are very few rules on what disqualifies you from running.

He can still legally run for president. It's just a matter of whether people would vote for him. MAGA will definitely vote for him. Moderates and independents probably won't which is the key for an election.
