When will Trump be sentenced?​

Judge Juan Merchan will issue Trump's sentence in a July 11 hearing.

Defendants are often "remanded" pending sentencing, or kept in custody while they wait for their sentence.

But some experts say that is unlikely in this case. Even if Trump gets remanded, he could probably get a bail in the range of thousands of dollars set by an appeals court to stay out while waiting for the appeal to wrap up.

People don’t want to see it man. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. 2016 was a monster, it really felt like he was going to win, it feels different now. Yes he has his supporters but the shyt ain’t the same. Look at what's happening, they’re trying to get him out of here. He’s not needed anymore.

It's amazing people never stop think why he cries rigged election all the time. His campaign probably found a way to rig the 2016 election even though nobody will come out and ever admit it because that would open up an even bigger can of worms. He probably tried the same things in 2020 but people were on to what they were doing and it didn't work. His whole campaign has been built on saying everyone else is cheating because he probably tried to cheat like in 2016 but it didn't work in 2020. Of course this all my opinion and conspiracy theories, but it wouldn't surprise me if that's what happened.
