Why would it be hypocritical to take his life, was he not responsible for deaths himself?
Did he not have other peoples lives in his hands?

Sounds like the military needs to get its shyt together. More people should be held responsible as well, it looks like it goes pretty high up.

I don't know enough about military law and what's in the public domain even for his trial.
