Believe it,Damn man i knew it. My kungfu teacher mentioned something about this diet wise to me re: erectile function and he was tellin me that the green veggie intake was having him blow wifey's back out and shyt. I hit him with the but i believe it
There it is again, that correlation between cardiac function, erectile function, and respiratory function. That doc i cited in the OP was saying that yeah erectile dysfunction is a predicator of heart disease. Increased veggie intake does seem to improve heart conditions even if you do eat meat so...
Yeah, plant based foods are super cost effective per nutrients/energy. As i graduate and start providing for myself, saving that money is what im gonna have to do.
Some fish have high concentrations of Omega-3 fatty acids in their tissues, which are very good for your brain. My problem with fish lies in the toxins that are biomagnified in their bodies because of oceanic pollution, and the problem of overfishing killing our seas. Obviously the environment suffers from farming one way or another, but plant food by consensus causes the smallest blow to mother earth.
I hear that scallop farming is very environmentally friendly though:

what do studies say about being vegan and being physically fit?
i know nothing about being vegetarian but i could only assume that only eating plants would keep you frail and unable to be superior physically
one of the best protien sources comes from a hemp seed (plant seed) so you know where you can toss that myth friend

here is a site more into different topics about this incase inquiring minds are in the shadows
http://michaelbluejay.com/veg/protein.html
feel free to question though maybe we can break some new ground on this topic
dudes aren't going to be eating handfuls of weed seeds to get protein though
idk i always have this feeling that being a true vegetarian is quite new therefore we don't know how bad that type of stuff could actually effect your body
like if u are pure vegan and then u get HIV its probably an absolute wrap for you
or somebody on a strickly vegan diet trying to get through intense chemotherapy or something
this may already happen i have no idea, but from the outside looking in it seems like being pure vegan could have worse effects on your body
or at least leave you entirely vulnerable to things
Health
Nutritionally, the fruit is high in carbohydrates, particularly fructose.[citation needed] The fruit also contains significant amounts of vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2.[3] The fruit, seeds, and leaves have a number of herbal medicinal uses among indigenous peoples of regions where the plant is common.[citation needed]
There is evidence indicating that the fruit's extracts selectively inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cells by downregulating expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in vitro and in a mouse model
What about acids, zink and iron for example?
my girl's a vegeratian, she been that for like 3 years now. After a couple of months she started to lose some hair and she need to take pills for that shyt so she get all the nutrions.
Of course it can also mean she's lazy with her food, but it should't be hard to get the complete package
handfuls of hemp seeds vs plates on plates on plates of dead animal fat and skin
i dont see how being a purely veggie eating person would be in worse trouble in the first place when their diets consist mostly of things that fight infection and bacteria and disease
did you know one of the most common antibiotics prescribed (penicilin) the mold used to make it can grow on certain fruits like oranges
it makes perfect sense to feel the way you do though with such little amounts of information out there in america the same place that endorses pink slime meat patties from mc donalds
Believe it,
Plant based diet = natural viagra
damn my diet game has gotten sohh
I haven't even been checking food labels, like I used. No wonder I can't think in depth right now. I think I'm going to switch bad to a primary plant based diet tomorrow. Feeling healthy is like an underrated high.
