Goku was always one step ahead, looking to fight the next best thing while Vegeta was too busy whining about being weaker than Goku. Goku was the alpha and Vegeta the beta. 10/10 times in real life the alpha is stronger, ya fukk boi.
This isn’t true, at all Vegeta pushed Goku to the limit in their first encounter. If it wasn't for the Prince, Goku wouldn’t be where he is now. And Vegeta started training with Beerus and Whis first.
