is this even possible to eat 1 meal through out the whole day without starving? seems like he's fasting.

Yeah. It's easy and saves so much time. Your body needs time to digest anyway. It's completely ass backwards to American thinking of "I need 3 meals a day" and "when I don't eat I get cranky" .

Americans will eat more shyt than eat less shyt. I guarantee it won't be long before health stores start carrying honey covered crickets and spicy seasoned grasshoppers and shyt. Right now it seems laughable but it'll be normal to eat bugs and shyt before it becomes mainstream and appropriate to eat one or 2 meals a day. We literally have a childhood obesity problem in this country because it's insisted that we each three meals a day. Yes they are supposed to be within recommended daily caloric range but within 20 steps of any option are at least 2 unhealthy options, chips, candy bars and sodas.

Hell a lot of the "diet pills" on TV say "lose weight without dieting or exercise" people would rather take drugs than eat less. There's lots of money in eating I get it. But the short answer is no you won't starve or keel over, or even have hunger pains.

The hardest part is like smoking. The rituals, most smokers light up when they get in the car and go on break, or after dinner, with their friends. Understanding mentally and physically that you don't need to eat all the time is tough because of the rituals. Youre friends and family are going to want to eat, a lot. The bulk of your interacts with friends coworkers and family might be eating or consist of eating - - some friends and family they are. It's easy though, once the food is gone, you part ways. All at the expense of your health.

Troof.

I remember once I started intermittent fasting, I was automatically getting "hungry" around 9:00 and 12:00 like clockwork, like my body was saying "hey, I'm supposed to be eating now". But once I learned to overcome that, I found that the "hunger" went away relatively easily. I got to the point where I would just have one meal a day, and I was straight. I started to know when I was hungry for real. I'm going back into it tomorrow; just came back from a cruise where I definitely went into relax mode, and ate whenever I wanted and basically cause it was there. Funny thing is, I actually lost a couple pounds when I stepped on the scale yesterday.

@gabbo and @RawDro posted a great article about that. I'm not gonna steal their shine.

It's not humanly possible to eat that little and still look like that, all while hitting deadlift records, without copious amounts of steroids. :stopitslime:

I was waiting for someone to post this, Vegan Gains didn't even go as in depth as he normally does in debunking videos, but I can't believe this guy's claims are gaining traction.
People really are desperate to believe in anything "alternative."

What's up with that faggy dude tho? No bass in his voice. He properly debunked the video but he should have just let the clips show what they did cause his voice.....not right for audio or video narration.
