Was reading the paper this morning about this story and they refered to Vanilla Ice as a "Pop icon." It then hit me...for years I watched the Hip Hop community sh*t on this man.....Yet to mainstream media he is a "pop icon." Bottom line.....Hip Hop will not have the last word on how this man will be remembered because mainstream media already has him as a "pop icon."
