Yeah, I totally do not believe in American exceptionalism. I'm not nationalistic in anyway.It's not about the Dems beating Trump so much as it's about America choosing the ugly path.
And tbh, it's only notable if you believe in the lie that is American exceptionalism.
All over the world, nations we're allied with have taken the hard turn right.
America is just now ripping off the blindfold that kept us in the dark to the fact that we're just as susceptible as any other nation to the ugly march towards authoritarianism.
That's it. No more no less.
The heart of man is hateful and globally people have chosen to give into that.
That's the real truth of this election.
There's no such thing as American exceptionalism, we're deadass just like everyone else.
Americans don't choose a path in a vacuum. Each candidate presented why they should be the president and Trump was more convincing than Kamala.
Dems need to be the opposite of Republicans not Republican light. People are always going to gravitate to the real thing.
