Controversial yes, but this isn't racism at all. The guy broke into a random house and was camped out in the garage. For all we know he had evil intent and was plotting to kill the residents there. We don't know the whole story. Plus, the guy was obviously ignoring the police and didn't raise his arms at all, then he raised only one arm after that. When he pulled the second arm out it looked like he was pulling something out. Just like Steven Clark, they were both in the middle of doing a crime, this is nothing like those other situations where the victim was doing anything at all.

It actually does in the context of the crime. Breaking into a house while tenants are inside show murderous intent. The suspect didn't comply with the police and reluctantly put ONE arm up and then his second arm motions for an object in his pocket. No surprise he got shot in that context. If he had immediately put his arms up and obeyed law enforcement he would not have been killed.

A) His name is Stephon Clark. If you're going to slander the memory of a dead man get his name right. It's Stephon Clark, not Steven Clark.

B) He was not "in the middle of doing a crime."
"Clark, a black man and a father of two, was fatally shot on March 18 by Sacramento police officers. Police in the California capital said they were responding that night to a call about someone breaking into vehicles.

Stephon Clark didn't commit a crime and he wasn't armed. He saw the police AKA executioners approaching him aggressively and basically ran home because he was scared. He ran to his grandmother's backyard and was shot at 20 times by police.
