I'm not sure I can watch this video. I might get heated. After all of that shyt that happened between 2012 and 2014 with cops, I just stay away from these videos.
That's fukked up. Even AFTER she told him the legal ways she could give the blood and that his reasons didn't fit the law He still arrested her. Hell she got her boss on the phone who confirmed there was no legal standing to gather the blood. Cop was on a power trip, point blank. He wasn't interested in following the law, just his own agenda.
This video pisses me off so much because Black folks have to fight false arrest, trumped up charges, and fake ass tickets (my ass included) on the regular.

Yeah, the Ex-Officer was an all-around piece of shyt.
Her settlement is going to be lovely as the PD wouldn't want to risk putting Payne on the stand and further exposing themselves with depositions about the incident.
They will settle to make the bad press go away....
