I know a lot of firefighters/emt’s and they all tell me to stay the fukk away from motorcycles.
Pointless death. I know breh has drinking issues back in the day. Hope booze wasn’t involved. Regardless RIP
He was speeding on a bad part of Austin that has bad visibility and dangerous curves.

I feel like a fukkin junkie I can't leave the shyt alone :mjcry: every time a rider RIPs I know full well it could've been me and it really hits home. Prayers to the family

Former Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Benson died late Saturday night, according to a report from the Austin American-Statesman’s Tony Plohetski.

Benson, 36, was involved in a motorcycle crash with a minivan in northwest Austin, where he played college football at Texas, that left him and one other dead plus two others injured.

Law enforcement agencies reported that the crash took place at 10:22 p.m. when a motorcycle hit a white minivan that was pulling out onto the roadway. According the the Austin-Travis County EMS, there were a "vehicle and person on fire."

After a storied career at the University of Texas, Benson was selected fourth overall in the 2005 draft by the Chicago Bears. He played eight seasons in the NFL and accumulated 6,017 yards.

Said it happened over by Mt Bonnell. That road is dangerous as fukk.

Ex-NFL running back Cedric Benson -- the #4 overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft -- was killed in a motorcycle crash in Austin, Texas late Saturday night. He was only 36.

RIP to the the young bro. Cosign the various "motorcycles are dangerous" comments. Seen a couple accidents live and that all but cinched it for me.

BTW, I notice that this story is nowhere to be found on ESPN's site, not even in the NFL/NCAAF sections. You'd think they'd have verified it by now.

ETA: ^NM, just did literally about a minute ago.

Damn I'm a Texas and Bears fan so I saw a lot of Benson. It didn't really work with the Bears but he had some nice moments with the Bengals. If you're gonna ride make sure you're wearing all your safety gear.
