Using Google Wallet/Phone's NFC to pay and cashiers/managers getting suspicious

So my Google Wallet/NFC is steadily getting used everywhere I go, replacing the physical cards, but I stay getting weird looks and questions.

What are your experiences? Do you even use it?

Actually had a convo bout this the other day. When I put my phone to the a payment terminal the cashiers are usually like . Then when the payment goes through that shyt rapidly turns into a

Main issue I have seen is the terminals not working. Why merchants spend all that money to install them and have them not work or the cashier to dumb to hit the confirm button.

Most of the time it's flawless for me but then there are the times when the cashier clearly cannot read or operate at a 3rd grade level and so they don't know how to work it.

Yup. i use my phone for purchases all the time with the Wallet app for my Nokia Lumia windows phone. Really convenient.

Really mindblowing that Apple's backwards ass didn't put NFC or wireless charging in their new phones. Makes absolutely no fukking sense.

I wanted apple to add nfc, so adopting will go up, thats the only reason.
