Those tend to be the best places! Plus I’m gonna wanna live somewhere that really is exclusive enough to retain value in a down market.
Everywhere drops in a down market, some places more than others.

I just read that you’re a political activist. I see what you’re trying to do from that angle, I just hope you don’t deal with a lot of hostilities.

Anyone who has successfully using a buyer agent. Did you use the agent to kind of provide a layer of privacy and conceal your identity to the people in the neighborhood you were buying your house in?
Yes along with an estate lawyer.. You good to go… also if you want extra privacy and your name sealed from public records then buy the home under your LLC…

Oh, then you must not care for quality of life to want be around ppl who don’t want you there.

There’s no guarantee I’m a live in this house over 10 years anyway. But I definitely will want it to increase in value greatly while I’m there. I want my home to be an investment and an exclusive community is an investment.

You might come up if you can get it for a good number. In 10 years the economy should be riding high again with low interest rates.

Any other helpful suggestions?
Advice is location and knowledge specific. I don’t know your market. Are you a first time home buyer? Can you read a real estate contract? Do you have access to a real estate attorney? Are you good a negotiating? Your buying through an llc so I can’t assume anything lol.
