Usher's discography: Am I the only one who put 8701 over Confession?

I’ve had this argument with people and I tend to be one of the few who thinks this as well. Not comparing the 2, but it’s pretty much an Off the Wall and Thriller debate, and I like OTW more to that argument.

I also prefer OTW, but when it comes to 8701-Confessions I prefer Confessions just because it has my two favorite Usher songs

With that said I still think confessions is the better album. The production on that album is so good

I def feel 8701 was the better album but its close and switches based on peoples preference. Confessions sales benefitted from his breakup with chilli too but both albums are like back 2 back championships

I grew up on confessions when it had just come out so it’s holds a place in my heart but if we’re being honest 8701 beats it by an inch.

No. I prefer 8701 eventhough Confessions is a classic. The songs bring back good memories.
