That nikka (again, strictly going by the article posted here) basically almost fukked around and did this:
Only difference is he thankfully didn't get "the wrong person" with his gun, but still.....some innocent person could've died because of his actions
He didn't even know who allegedly hit him from behind, so he pulls out the heat and shoots? That is NOT standing your ground.
If you or anyone else has a problem with the laws in Florida and how they effect these people who shoot guns randomly and risk harming innocent other people around them, then raise your voices up and take action to change those laws....
But you can't say "fukk Florida" and expect that in itself to change something about it that you don't like. Stevie Wonder is doing more with his boycott than any nikka on here complaining about cacs, and posting that Bugs Bunny gif
But here's the funny thing: when Zimmerman was on trial, nikkas was REVELLING in the fact that if he was found guilty he'd be doing serious time even with the minimum sentence, because of those SAME Florida laws ......hmmmmm.....
Just like it was 1950 all over again. I can't believe that Jim Crow is making such a strong comeback even though we have a Black president. Hate to say it but I am starting to think that a whole race of people is truly evil
You think stalking and killing an unarmed child had anything to do with it?
Who was hurt\killed in this particular case?
Doesn't matter what anyone THINKS Zimmerman did or what they believed the circumstances were in his case.....point is, for some of these nikkas, the mandatory minimum sentence under those laws were just fine to them during THAT trial......now all of a sudden they come into effect for this one, and it's a problem
Whether you personally believe Zimmerman's situation really was self-defense or not, at least his use of a firearm was alllegedly against a person who attacked him and caused him to fear for his life.....and ONLY that person was aimed at and shot.....
Whereas this nikka apparently just randomly let off a round because someone hit him once from behind during a brawl, and instead of finding that person and fighting back like a man, he brought out the heat allegedly to scare everyone away ....something that could've easily hurt/killed an innocent bystander. How the hell is that "standing your ground"
He definitely deserves punishment - not 25 years since nobody got hit, but hey......the law is the law
Hopefully the young man only ends up serving the short time he deserves.......
You and me bothstay strong yall...dont let this shyt get to yall...nikkas gotta keep them emotions in check cuz im heated right now real talk
COULDN'T THE JUDGE JUST THROW OUT THE CASE AND TELL THE STATE TO CHARGE IT TO THE GAME, BROTHER?His Judge stated that he felt the evidence presented did not justify a 25 year sentence and if he could, he would give him an alternative sentence. But due to the current mandatory minimum law he was forced to give Michael the 25 years.
