You got one super-trusted depot holding it, and a couple thousand big players who get pickup or delivery but don't even see the rest of the product. That's what the stamps on kilos are for.....a shipment that big, will go to customers/first tier reps for the group who owns it, or purchased it. Those weren't going to one buyer, but multiple big buyers across Europe. Or the distribution guys on the ground. 15 tons, maybe spread across 7 buyers. Or maybe as little as 5. A ton is only like 1000 kilos, that doesn't go far in somewhere like France, or Italy, Holland.

are you slow or something ?if someone rents a u-haul truck and transports coke in it, is u-haul criminally liable ? if you lease a truck and transport coke in it, is the fukking ford dealership liable ?
the article even says the name of the company that operated it. and guess what - they arent really culpable either because in the end, most of that company could be completely oblivious to coke being shipped under their nose.
