Lux is not bad, but people over rate the fukk out of him and it's been like that for years. People post standard battle rap bars from Lux and act like it's a completely different or it's going over heads. People chalked up Nitty whole battle to gas, while he had the crowd reacting all three rounds consistently.

Like i said earlier, Lux is effective against hateable dudes like Verb. He goes against people like Geechie or Rum at the height of their careers and people start talking bout gas and be in denial.

I'm not mad at anyone saying rum won. Imo nobody separated themselves enough to act like someone caught a body. This was just a great battle.

to be fair he opened up the 1st round sayin he really lost nikkas, and that was a good opener.

Just wish he didn't resort to gun bars so quickly in either round.

I don't wanna call Lux/Rum just because i think i got what i wanted to see out of both. If i had to call it, Lux gentleman's but both of them probably had the best performances of the night. When Lux gets in there and raps with energy and not this wildly spaced shyt he did vs Geechi, and he can keep on necks? It's some of the most refreshing shyt you'll see in all of battle rap. You see why he's a one of one. Twitter gotta be goin crazy at that performance.

You could put Daylyt vs Lux back on the table and I wouldn't be mad at it

Yeah...this battle alone gave me a half of ounce of hope for the battle rap scene. No pulled punches and outdated bars. All beef and extra toppings.

Damn, just reading all yall feedback, I am almost certain that even tho in here Lux won 3-0 and Rum sucks and is all gas…outside of here people will be saying Rum won…or it’s a debatable great preference jawn, lol. Some of these Lux lines yall quoting like they’re are ehh af, lol. , if Lux really showed up and showed out tho im happy for him, he was due. Rum been doing that,

The majority of Lux's lines need to be heard in context. He was much more direct than usual, though which seemed to work in his favor. Rum did what Rum does, lol.

Lux probably felt like Nitty is Ryu so Lux turned into Akuma. This was a nasty body imo.

Nah I picked Rum to win quite easily. That clearly wasnt the case.

Lux was rapping at a high level. Although I thought Rum did well, his punches weren’t at a high level throughout this battle to take this.

This Rum would have easily beat the Lux we’ve been seeing though. Lux did his thing. I’m curious what the consensus is going to be. I can’t see how the BRC gives this to Rum just because he punches. It’s like these weren’t crazy punches tonight.

This. I’m somewhere between 2-1 and 30. I liked. Nitty’s first but Lux was solid throughout.
